Who are the Pink Giraffes?

Jemma Tucker

Jemma’s background is in Sage software training and consultancy; she worked for two of the largest Sage Resellers for 9 years and implemented many systems into SME's in the UK.  Jemma has previously worked in technical support for a Kent based software companies providing telephone support.  Her technical knowledge is with various software programmes including Sage and Microsoft Office applications.  She has a strong background in business administration, bookkeeping, processes and bookkeeping software. 

Lisa Fox

Prior to working at Pink Giraffes Lisa has worked in an office environment within the public sector and the travel industry. She gained knowledge of working for various clients, and she had to understand their field of expertise to provide the best support possible.

Lisa successfully worked to tight deadlines and time scales, liaising with clients, suppliers and managers of different departments.  Lisa has strong communication skills which are very effective for credit control!  And she is also very adaptable to different situations and roles.

Having worked for Pink Giraffes for the past two and a half years she has gained more knowledge within the bookkeeping and back office support industry. Working with a variety of clients and using software applications has broadened her experience to enable her to provide 110% commitment to the clients and their needs.

Clare Davison

Clare has worked in office environments for the last twenty years, gaining experience in different roles, including managerial positions.  She has acquired strong communication skills both verbally and written.

Clare has experience in various in-house database systems and has a good understanding of all aspects of administration.

Since she joined Pink Giraffes Clare has had the opportunity to work with several different clients, assisting with a variety of tasks on a daily basis and further developed customer care skills and gained knowledge in various software applications.

Clare now enjoys a diverse role and assisting clients, allowing them more time to focus on their business and the smooth running of their day to day business activities. 

Matthew Millen

Matthew specialises in digital marketing. Keeping up with the latest developments and best practices is essential in this fast moving field. Matthew is experienced in dealing with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), social media, email marking and Pay Per Click (PPC) account management. His wide range of skills allow for an integrated website optimisation and marketing strategy that has benefited many clients.
